Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product processing technology analysis, and provide processing cost, tooling, and fixture quotations;

2. Responsible for compiling relevant work documents for parts machining process. Such as tool list operation instructions;

3. Responsible for tooling and fixture solutions, and submitting special tools;

4. Responsible for new product processing and debugging;

5. Participate in technical process innovation, cost optimization and other work;

Job requirements:

1. Proficient in aluminum alloy die-casting product processing technology, and able to independently complete parts processing and debugging;

2. Able to understand complex automotive parts drawings, master knowledge of geometric tolerances, and be able to determine tool and fixture solutions with suppliers based on drawings;

3. Proficient in using two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawing software;

4. College degree or above in related majors such as mechatronics, mechanical design and manufacturing;

5. Work seriously and steadily. Have strong execution and teamwork skills;
